If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your Proxy hardware purchase you can return it for a full refund within the first thirty (30) days after delivery so long as the hardware is in its original condition, in its original packaging, and you enclose the packing slip. We will pay for return shipping for your returned items. You must also return all parts, cables, and documentation included in your order. We will apply your refund to the original payment method. Only products you purchase directly from Proxy are eligible for refunds by Proxy. Any Proxy hardware you purchase from a third-party reseller will need to be returned to them in accordance with their return and refund policy.
Proxy warrants that our Hardware, when used in connection with the Proxy Mobile Access Service, will be free from material defects during the subscription term. Please contact support if you are having an issue with your hardware, and if it requires replacement we will do so free of charge for hardware (does not include installation costs).
